  5. The overall charge including shipping and UK taxes will be agreed at the point of ordering .

  6. Deposits of £75 GBP per surfmat are required at the point of ordering before work commences.

  7. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started on your mat.

  8. Surfmats are covered by a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of final payment by the customer. Faulty mats will be repaired or replaced. "Faulty mats" are defined as structural failures or separated welds, grip peeling from the deck (excludes normal wearing), or faulty valves. Tears to fabric and other accidental damage and normal wear and tear are an unfortunate part of mat surfing and are the responsibility of the customer although advice on repairs will be given. Fees for shipping damaged surfmats to and from Graeme Webster for replacement or repairs are the responsibility of the customer as are any customs duty fees incurred. Repairs outside of the warranty period will be charged for time and materials in addition to the shipping duty charges outlined previously.

  9. Mats will be shipped at the earliest opportunity upon payment of the balance.

  10. Any mats not paid for within 7 days of completion may be put up for public sale and the deposit will be forfeited unless the re-sale price meets or exceeds the total fee agreed with the customer.

  11. Your consumer rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions. UK MAt Surfers operates within the jurisdiction of UK law. It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.
